The ETC functions as a professional development resource and host for collaborative activities. Advisory Board membership includes faculty members from each of the UT system campuses.
Led by instructional resource professionals, the ETC supports curricular innovation by leveraging existing instructional technology expertise across all UT campuses.

eTeaching Certificate Program
The ETC sponsors the eTeaching Certificate Program, which is an online course designed to provide UT faculty strategies for the effective design, development, and delivery of online instruction.Learn more about the eTeaching Certificate Program
Project SET
Implemented in 2002, Project SET (Sharing Educational Technology) was the first initiative of the ETC. Project SET awarded small grants to faculty, graduate students, and instructional resource professionals to develop web-based instructional modules on topics to assist faculty to integrate technology into their teaching practice. These modules are an open resource available to anyone with internet access.Learn more about Project SET
Project RITE
The ETC provides opportunities for faculty to receive grants that will promote academic developments and collateral activities to advance the assessment of technology-mediated student learning outcomes.
